Good location and people, easy check-in. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Plus it was bright and the bed was really nice. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. There was a popular restaurant, the shops and several stores next door. Besides, the area was very very nice, next to grand canal...

Staff was courteous and hotel is spotlessly clean and CHARMING! The bedroom was large, liked it. Ideal location, 15 minutes' walk to House. It offered excellent service and outstanding food too. I came here for 2 nights and had a perfect stay.
